Primary Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to operate and ensure the safety of the gas station, assist customers, maintain product levels and cleanliness, and respond to emergency situations or safety concerns within the gas station area.

Responsibilities

1. Operate the gas station, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
2. Assist customers and complete transactions.
3. Resupply island items, including oil and paper products.
4. Maintain cleanliness and snow removal of the island.
5. Handle trash collection and bagging.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read, communicate, and understand safety policies and regulations.
• Physical ability to meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodations.
• Meet company performance standards, including attendance.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate necessary equipment and tools.

Physical Requirements

• Minimum shift: 4 hours, depending on business needs.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for 55%, walk for 45% of the shift.
• Pull static force of up to 20 lbs.

Preferred Skills and Training

• Understanding of company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of MSDS materials.
• Completion of Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and Right-to-Know training.
