Position Summary...
As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the entire club meets members' expectations.
What you'll do...
- Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources, and develop interpersonal skills for providing excellent customer service. Be flexible to the needs of the business, maintain in-stock levels, and control shrinkage.
- Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure consistency in quality and decorative designs, follow recipes and measurements, work with decorating tools, and adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management. Operate and sanitize equipment and understand product and layout execution.
- Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and enhance associate engagement. Utilize handheld technology for business decisions related to production, merchandise, ordering, training, and product quality, encouraging others to adopt new tools.
- Be an Owner: Drive bakery performance, ensure quality and date control, eliminate waste, prepare for seasonal events, and assist members with purchasing decisions and resolving issues.
- Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote the brand by valuing the member experience, modeling high-quality service, interacting with associates, and fostering a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented work environment.

Minimum Qualifications...
- 6 months' experience in a fresh production area.
