Position Summary...

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do...

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources, communicate effectively, maintain inventory, and control shrinkage.
2. Be an Expert: Ensure consistency in bakery quality and decoration, follow recipes and safety standards, operate equipment, and understand product layout.
3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to enhance sales and customer experience, adapt to new technology, and support team engagement.
4. Be an Owner: Drive bakery performance, ensure quality and freshness, prepare for seasonal events, and assist members with their needs.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service, mentor others, and foster a respectful, supportive team environment.

We offer competitive pay, performance bonuses, and benefits including health, financial, paid time off, and educational programs. The hourly wage ranges from $17.00 to $24.00, with additional premiums possible.
