Position Summary: As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less. Collaborate with team members to ensure the club meets member expectations.

What you'll do:

• Be a Team Member: Assist cross-functional teams, educate colleagues on tools and resources, communicate effectively, maintain stock levels, and control shrinkage.
• Be an Expert: Plan bakery production, ensure quality and accuracy in decorative designs, follow recipes, use decorating tools, adhere to food safety standards, operate equipment, and understand product layouts.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to enhance sales, shopping experience, and team engagement; adapt to new technology and promote its usage.
• Be an Owner: Oversee bakery performance, ensure quality and safety standards, reduce waste, prepare for seasonal events, assist members, and resolve issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote brand values, support team development, and foster a respectful, supportive work environment.

We offer competitive pay, performance bonuses, and benefits including health, financial, paid time off, education, and more. The hourly wage ranges from $17.00 to $24.00, with potential premiums based on specific circumstances.

Minimum Qualifications:

6 months' experience in a fresh production environment, must be 18 or older, and able to complete required training and assessments.
