Position Summary...

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do...

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborates with cross-functional teams, helps educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources, communicates effectively, maintains in-stock levels, and controls shrinkage.
2. Be an Expert: Plans bakery productions, ensures consistency in quality and decorative designs, follows recipes and safety standards, operates and sanitizes equipment, and understands product layout execution.
3. Be a Techie: Uses digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and enhance associate engagement, utilizing handheld technology for immediate business decisions.
4. Be an Owner: Manages bakery performance, ensures quality and freshness, prepares for seasonal events, and assists members with purchasing decisions and issue resolution.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Acts as a brand advocate, models high-quality service, interacts with and develops team members, and fosters a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented environment.
