Responsibilities

1. Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, comply with PPE requirements, and prepare for duties at the start of each shift.
2. Mix and color frosting, make and load cones, frost and decorate cakes.
3. Take, complete, and store orders in the bakery cooler.
4. Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors, and counters.
5. Track and record loss.
6. Demonstrate proper food safety and sanitation habits.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S. with valid identification.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to perform job duties and comply with policies and safety regulations.
• Complete a 60-day introductory (probationary) period.
• Meet ergonomic, physical, and performance standards, including attendance.
• Able to learn and use necessary equipment and tools safely.
• Willing to wear proper clothing and shoes approved for the role.
• Preferred: 1 year of work experience or technical training.

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: minimum 4 hours or more based on business needs.
• Job involves continual cycles of work.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for 55%, sit 0%, walk for 45% of the shift.
• Category IV: lifting, carrying, P/P up to 50 lbs.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.
