Position Summary...

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do...

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate others on tools and resources, communicate effectively, and adapt to business needs. Maintain stock levels and control shrinkage.
2. Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure quality and accuracy of decorative designs, follow recipes, and adhere to food safety standards. Operate and sanitize equipment, understand product layout, and manage inventory.
3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales, enhance the shopping experience, and engage associates. Utilize handheld technology for decision-making related to production, merchandising, and training.
4. Be an Owner: Drive bakery performance, ensure quality and freshness, prepare for seasonal events, assist members, and resolve issues.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service, model brand values, mentor others, and foster a respectful, team-oriented environment.

Additional responsibilities include complying with policies, completing work efficiently, respecting diversity, acting with integrity, serving customers, and striving for excellence.

We offer competitive pay, performance bonuses, and benefits such as health coverage, 401(k), paid time off, education programs, and more. The hourly wage range is $17.00 to $24.00, with additional premiums possible.
