As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less. Collaborating with other associates, you will ensure the total club meets member expectations.

What you'll do

1. Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate others on tools and resources, communicate effectively, and maintain flexibility to meet business needs.
2. Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure quality and accuracy in decorative designs, follow food safety standards, and operate equipment properly.
3. Techie: Use digital tools to enhance sales and member experience, adapt to new technology, and support associate engagement.
4. Owner: Drive bakery performance, ensure quality standards, prepare for seasonal events, and assist members with their needs.
5. Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service, mentor others, and foster a respectful team environment.
