Position Summary...

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do...

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate others on tools and resources, communicate effectively, and provide excellent customer service. Maintain stock levels and control shrinkage.
2. Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy in decorative designs, following recipes and safety standards. Operate and sanitize equipment, and understand product layout and execution.
3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to enhance sales and the shopping experience, make immediate business decisions, and adapt to new technologies.
4. Be an Owner: Ensure quality and date control, prepare for seasonal events, assist members with purchases, and resolve issues.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote the brand, model high-quality service, and develop team members.
