Position Summary

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what members love, at a lower cost. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the entire club meets member expectations.

What you'll do

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources, communicate effectively, and adapt to business needs. Maintain stock levels and control shrinkage.
• Be an Expert: Plan bakery production, ensure quality and accuracy in decorative designs, follow recipes, work with decorating tools, adhere to food safety standards, operate and sanitize equipment, and understand product layout.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to boost sales, enhance the shopping experience, and increase associate engagement. Utilize handheld technology for decision-making related to production, merchandising, training, and quality.
• Be an Owner: Drive bakery performance, ensure quality and freshness, reduce waste, prepare for seasonal events, identify member needs, assist with purchases, and resolve issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote the brand through high-quality service, support and train associates, and foster a respectful, supportive, team-oriented environment.
