Position Summary

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do

1. Team Member: Collaborates with cross-functional teams, educates other associates on tools, tasks, and resources, communicates effectively, maintains flexibility, and manages stock levels and shrinkage.
2. Expert: Plans bakery productions, ensures quality and accuracy in decorative designs, follows recipes, and adheres to food safety standards.
3. Techie: Uses digital tools to enhance sales and the shopping experience, and encourages their use among team members.
4. Owner: Ensures bakery quality, manages inventory, prepares for seasonal events, and assists members with their needs and concerns.
5. Talent Ambassador: Acts as a brand advocate, provides high-quality service, mentors others, and promotes a respectful, supportive team environment.

Additional responsibilities include complying with company policies, executing work priorities, fostering a culture of respect and integrity, delivering excellent customer service, and striving for continuous improvement.

Benefits
