Job description

Position Summary...

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the total club meets member expectations.

What you'll do...

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate others on tools and resources, communicate effectively, maintain stock levels, and control shrinkage.
2. Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure quality and accuracy in decorative designs, follow recipes, adhere to food safety standards, operate equipment, and manage inventory.
3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience, utilize handheld technology for decision-making, and adapt to new tools.
4. Be an Owner: Drive bakery performance, ensure quality standards, prepare for seasonal events, assist members, and resolve issues.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote brand values, model high-quality service, mentor others, and foster a respectful, team-oriented environment.
