Job summary

ACAC Charlottesville is seeking an Assistant Age Group Coach to implement structured, engaging practices focused on stroke technique, teamwork, and sportsmanship. You will coach all groups assigned by the Head Coach, assist with evaluations, and help place swimmers.

Qualifications

• Experience in coaching age-group swimmers is preferred but not required.
• Competitive swimming experience is required.
• Familiarity with TeamUnify or similar team management platforms is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to team goals.
• Availability for afternoon/evening practices during the academic year, plus additional hours for swim meets and administrative duties.

• Club cleanliness is an all-team responsibility; assist whenever necessary in any area of the club to keep club neat and clean
