Job summary

Tapestry Conshohocken in League City, TX is seeking a swim coach to assist with daily practices for youth and senior swimmers. You will contribute to practice planning and deliver instruction on strokes, starts, turns, and race strategies.

You will provide individualized feedback, help swimmers set goals, and assist at meets while upholding USA Swimming Safe Sport guidelines. The role emphasizes positive, inclusive coaching and strong communication with families and staff.

Qualifications

• Competitive swimming background required; collegiate swimming experience preferred.
• Previous coaching experience with age-group or competitive swimmers preferred.
• Strong knowledge of stroke mechanics, training methodologies, and race preparation.
• Ability to motivate and inspire swimmers of varying ages and skill levels.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Current USA Swimming coach certification or willingness to obtain certification prior to employment.
• Current CPR, First Aid, and Safety Training for Swim Coaches certifications (or ability to obtain).
