Job summary

CHANEL in New York City seeks a Head of Enterprise Architecture for its US Tech Team. This leadership role reports to the CIO and will guide the enterprise architecture strategy, governance, and standards across regions to enable a modern retail technology platform.

You will lead a Center of Excellence for architecture, define data and cloud strategies, and partner with business units to deliver scalable, secure solutions that drive growth and operational excellence in a luxury retail

Qualifications

• Leading complex enterprise architecture programs across multi-domain environments
• Ability to define and govern architecture direction aligned to business strategy
• Experience with TOGAF or equivalent
• Strong data architecture and governance capabilities
• Experience in retail technology or luxury brands is a plus
• Proven vendor management and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Define and drive enterprise architecture strategy and operating model
• Lead Center of Excellence for architecture and global standards
• Oversee data architecture across ingestion, storage, analytics, and AI platforms
• Establish governance forums, decision rights, and SDLC standards
• Partner with CIO and business leaders to prioritize investments and roadmaps
• Ensure security, resiliency, and multi-cloud readiness across programs
