Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Manager, Fashion Client Tech Projects in New York City to drive technology initiatives for luxury client experiences. You will translate business priorities into structured plans, partner with Fashion Marketing and Tech, and lead cross‑functional teams to deliver high-impact capabilities.

With 5+ years in project management and exposure to digital products, you will craft requirements, manage risk, and ensure timely delivery in a collaborative, agile environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, ideally with digital product exposure.
• Proficient with Jira and Confluence; familiarity with SDLC.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate business priorities into structured project plans and requirements.
• Experience within fashion, luxury, or client-focused sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and governance with business and tech partners.
• Define scope, objectives and success metrics with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Capture business requirements and translate into clear user stories and specs.
• Maintain project docs in Jira and Confluence; report to leadership forums.
• Identify risks and implement robust mitigation strategies.
