Job summary

Manhattan is seeking an Enterprise Architect to define the technology direction that enables business strategy across marketing, sales, CXO, HR, R&D, and more. You will lead architecture, establish standards, and guide major platform decisions, partnering with platform owners and cyber security to ensure security, resilience, and scalability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive technology experience with enterprise/solution architecture.
• Experience leading architecture and technology strategy across multiple business functions and platforms.
• Experience designing complex enterprise application, integration, and data architectures.
• Strong ability to lead technical and business stakeholders through decisions and tradeoffs.
• Experience mentoring globally distributed engineering teams and staff.
• Bachelor's degree as listed or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve enterprise technology strategy, architecture, and roadmaps aligned to business strategy.
• Establish architecture principles, standards, reference architectures, and reusable patterns.
• Define strategic role and evolution of major enterprise platforms and technologies.
• Translate business strategy into enterprise technology capabilities and direction with stakeholders.
• Lead architecture, solutioning, and brainstorming sessions for cross-functional opportunities.
• Evaluate solutions based on business value, feasibility, cost, scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Guide initiatives to ensure designs align with architecture direction and enable delivery.
• Simplify technology landscape and increase reuse across platforms.
