Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years in a leadership technology role focused on Enterprise Architecture.
• Experience shaping architecture adoption across multi-region teams.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and governance.

Responsibilities

• Drive architectural consistency and standardization across global technology landscape.
• Establish governance frameworks and decision rights for enterprise-wide tech decisions.
• Define EA operating model, forums, and gates to guide initiatives.
• Lead COE for Architecture across the US and global regions.
• Own Reference Architecture and ensure alignment with global playbooks.
