IDEX Consulting seeks an Associate to join its U.S. Tax practice in New York, handling tax aspects of corporate transactions including public and private M&A, fund formation, and joint ventures.

The ideal candidate will be a 2021–2023 class year associate with NY admission, strong corporate tax background, and excellent research, drafting, and analytical skills, able to manage multiple workstreams with a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Strong background in corporate tax matters with exposure to M&A and funds work.
• Excellent research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Admission to practice in New York is required.

Responsabilités

• Advise on the tax aspects of corporate transactions, including public and private M&A, fund formation, joint ventures, and financing.
• Collaborate with partners, counsel, and colleagues across multiple practice groups on headline-making transactions.
