Job summary

Qualifications

• A JD from an accredited law school/Tax LL.M, and admission to and in good standing with the New York Bar.
• 4 to 6 years of law firm experience is ideal (class years 2020- 2022 preferred)

Responsibilities

• Experience representing sponsors of alternative investment funds and with the taxation of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and/or private equity funds and structures.
• Experience with international transactions is a plus.
