IDEX Consulting is recruiting a mid-level to senior tax associate for a national expansion with a US law firm client. The role focuses on transactional tax work across acquisitions, dispositions, structuring, and cross-border planning.

You will plan structures, draft operative tax provisions in purchase and sale agreements and JV documents, advise on reorganisations, and work closely with corporate, real estate, and restructuring teams while maintaining direct client contact.

Responsabilités

• Plan structures and draft/negotiate the operative tax provisions in purchase and sale agreements, merger agreements and partnership and joint venture documents.
• Advise on tax-free reorganisations and tax-deferred arrangements.
• There is real international work alongside it, covering inbound investment into the US and outbound structuring overseas, as well as QSBS planning where the client base calls for it.
• You will have direct client contact, work closely with the accountants on the other side of the table, and own your matters early.
