Job summary

ManpowerGroup's client, a leading aerospace and advanced manufacturing company, seeks a Sr Engineering Technician to join the Engineering Test Lab supporting Environmental Testing and Product Validation Teams.

The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently; you will operate testing equipment and participate in validating development and flight hardware.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4-6 years of experience in engineering, testing, laboratory, manufacturing, or related technical environments.
• Experience with testing, troubleshooting, and operating complex electromechanical equipment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and make sound technical decisions.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage environmental testing equipment, including electrodynamic shaker systems and slip tables.
• Set up, program, and execute vibration tests such as sinusoidal, random, structural, and pyro-shock testing.
• Configure mechanical fixtures, amplifiers, and data acquisition systems for test activities.
• Troubleshoot test equipment and systems to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to validate development and flight hardware.
