The following position is a permanent placement, where you will work directly as an employee for a client of TESA Talent Advisory. The employer is a young and exciting manufacturer of disruptive technology in separation science.

Overview
Territory sales, business development, and coaching of less experienced sales personnel. Representing a disruptive tool in the laboratory instrument business.

Location: Home office-based, covering the US

In This Role, You Will:

  • Build new accounts and manage existing ones in your sales territory
  • Drive the complete sales process to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Coordinate activities cross-functionally within the company to provide a streamlined experience for your customers
  • Attend meetings within the assigned territory and trade shows/conference events
  • Coach and mentor inside sales representatives
  • Identify, develop, and implement process improvements to your sales cycle, as well as create quotes

Ideal Skills/Knowledge:

BS or higher in a science
5 years or more of sales experience in the lab research industry
