Traka Americas, part of ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions, is seeking a Sales Director for the US to accelerate growth and lead a team of seven Regional Sales Managers. You will shape strategic territory plans across government, education, healthcare, data centers, and enterprise accounts, partner with Marketing, Engineering, and Operations, and build scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in security technology, access control, or related technical sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of U.S. Regional Sales Managers.
• Define and execute strategic growth plans across key U.S. segments.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop high-caliber talent.
• Set clear performance expectations and KPIs.
• Partner on complex opportunities—shaping solution design and commercial models.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, and Operations to deliver integrated Traka solutions.
• Drive pipeline management and accurate forecasting in Salesforce.
• Build a strong, balanced pipeline and scalable sales playbooks.
