GSK is seeking a US Real-World Evidence and Health Outcomes Research (RWE/HOR) lead to support hematology portfolio and potential US indication launches. The role leads RWE development, coordinates VEST meetings, and aligns stakeholders on evidence priorities and execution.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in health economics and outcomes research or related discipline (economics, sociology, epidemiology)
• 3+ years’ experience within the pharmaceutical industry including field research facing role, or related field within US Oncology experience
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to negotiate and clearly communicate the value and need for real-world evidence

Responsibilities

• Lead RWE/HOR studies aligning with hematology and US launches.
• Manage external vendors and study timelines.
• Align with internal stakeholders to set evidence priorities.
• Lead VEST meetings and communicate value of HEOR to customers.
• Ensure timely execution and tracking of RWE/HOR research.
