Job summary

GSK seeks a senior RWE/HOR leader to champion health economics and outcomes research for its US oncology portfolio. You will guide evidence strategy, coordinate across medical, market access, and commercial teams, and drive high-impact studies that support new indication launches in the US.

The role requires strong leadership, project management, and the ability to translate HEOR insights into payer and patient value. The position is hybrid, with 2–3 days in an office located in the US.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in health economics and outcomes research or related discipline.
• 3+ years’ experience in pharma with US Oncology exposure.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management to articulate HEOR value.

Responsibilities

• Lead RWE/HOR research aligning with internal stakeholders (US medical, commercial, market access).
• Oversee vendor management for HEOR projects and monitor timelines and budgets.
• Develop and maintain study plans, publication strategies, and external communications.
