Job summary

GSK plc in the United States is seeking a Director to lead Global Real-World Evidence & Health Outcomes Research in Oncology. You will design and drive RWE studies to support launch optimization, reimbursement and value-based positioning, collaborating with medical affairs, clinical, commercial and market access teams.

Qualifications

• MSc, or equivalent in health outcomes, health economics, epidemiology, pharmacy, health or life sciences.
• 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a multinational company.
• Experience in Oncology or Hematology.
• Experience in planning and delivering individual projects, managing budgets and working within a matrix setting.
• Experience designing various RWE studies including prospective observational, cross-sectional and retrospective cohorts.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design and execute multiple studies for a given asset and manage timelines, deliverables and budget.
• Assure quality of deliverables, including review and sign off on study specifications, data analysis plans, final reports and manuscripts.
• Translate needs for evidence into study concepts aligned with asset strategy and objectives.
• Develop knowledge of real-world data resources and advise internal and external experts as needed.
