Job summary

GSK is seeking a US Real-World Evidence and Health Outcomes Research (RWE-HOR) lead to support the hematology portfolio. Reporting to the Hematology Lead in US RWE/HO Oncology, you will drive RWE generation and oversee potential new indication launches in the US.

You will lead VEST meetings, align stakeholders on priorities, and oversee studies from design through execution. A proven HEOR leader with cross-functional collaboration is required.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in health economics and outcomes research or related discipline.
• 3+ years in pharmaceutical industry or US Oncology.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
• Experience in designing and executing RWE/HOR studies.

Responsibilities

• Align strategic goals with internal stakeholders across US medical, commercial, market access.
• Manage vendors in HEOR project execution.
• Maintain budgets and study timelines with delivery leads.
• Ensure RWE/HOR studies are executed and tracked.
• Develop alignment with Field Based Payer Medical Teams to support reimbursement and access.
• Apply internal and external negotiation to demonstrate HEOR value for GSK products.
