Page Executive seeks a Head of US Risk & Compliance to lead the US risk and compliance function with global partnership. You will oversee conflicts, new business intake, professional responsibility matters, and lead a high-performing team across US offices.

The role reports to senior leadership, requires JD and U.S. bar admission, and offers a hybrid in-office schedule with the opportunity to shape risk strategy for a top international law firm.

Qualifications

• JD or equivalent legal degree with an active U.S. bar admission in good standing.
• 6–8+ years in law firm risk and compliance or related legal risk functions with people leadership.
• Experience in conflicts, new business intake, engagement terms, and ethical screens.
• Ability to train partners and leadership on policy adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the US Risk & Compliance team, set operational standards and manage performance.
• Oversee regulatory compliance, professional responsibility and indemnity matters across US offices.
• Direct new business intake, conflicts analysis, resolution, waivers, and ethical screens.
• Develop and implement risk management frameworks and compliance programs.
• Monitor regulatory requirements, lead internal audits and investigations.
• Provide guidance to partners and firm leadership on risk and compliance matters.
• Collaborate with legal/operational teams to manage risk exposure.
