You will collaborate with Group Compliance and the US leadership to embed ethics, accountability, and robust governance across business units.

The role emphasizes advising senior leaders, shaping monitoring plans, and guiding regulatory responses while maintaining independence and objectivity in a global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law, finance, business, or related field.
• Strong experience developing and maturing Compliance functions in regulated industries.
• Experience with US regulatory frameworks and enforcement trends.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a robust US compliance framework aligned to Group Compliance.
• Develop an operating model for the US compliance function with clear roles across 1st and 2nd line.
• Provide pragmatic regulatory advice on new products, marketing, and customer journeys.
