Domestic & General is seeking a Senior US Compliance Manager to develop and implement a risk-based US compliance program. You will oversee independence and objectivity within the 2nd Line of Defence, advising the US leadership team and aligning activities with strategic compliance priorities.

Reporting to the Group Compliance Director, you will partner with the US President and leadership to operationalize compliance controls, monitor regulatory changes, and promote a strong culture of integrity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law, finance, business, or related field (JD or MBA preferred).
• Proven experience developing the compliance function, preferably in financial services or a regulated industry.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement a robust compliance framework aligned with US requirements.
• Develop operating model for US compliance with clear roles between 1st and 2nd line.
• Engage with US regulatory bodies for inquiries, examinations and remediation programs.
• Review policies and tailor controls to meet US requirements.
• Develop compliance advisory partnerships and provide regulatory guidance on new products and marketing materials.
• Lead risk assessments and design a risk-based monitoring and testing plan for US compliance.
