LoweConex Group is hiring for a senior, hands-on US retail salesperson to open, progress and close direct opportunities with end retailers across grocery, convenience, and multi-site retail sectors.

You will lead the sales cycle from first engagement through discovery, business case, proposal, negotiation and close, and help shape the US retail strategy and commercial model from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Senior, hands-on sales professional with a track record in enterprise US retail.
• Proven ability to build qualified pipeline and close complex multi-stakeholder deals.
• Experience selling SaaS, IoT, or technology-led solutions to large retailers.

Responsabilités

• Own a focused US retail target-account plan and generate new opportunities.
• Develop relationships with senior decision-makers across retail operations and procurement.
• Lead full sales cycle from discovery to negotiation and close.
• Translate capabilities into quantified business outcomes (cost reduction, uptime, energy savings).
• Convert pilots into multi-year, recurring revenue contracts.
• Maintain CRM discipline with clear next steps and forecast accuracy.
