Job summary

DHC USA, Inc. in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking a US Retail Logistics Coordinator to support daily processing and shipping of retail orders. You will work with the Warehouse Manager to ensure orders are picked, packed, labeled, and shipped according to each retailer’s requirements.

You will learn specific shipping procedures for various accounts and gain training on DHC systems, retail portals, and account procedures. This role offers growth within a busy warehouse team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in warehouse, shipping, logistics, or retail order processing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook is expected.
• Familiarity with WMS and carrier shipping procedures is preferred.
• Ability to learn account-specific procedures and portals.

Responsibilities

• Process retail orders and enter information into the warehouse system.
• Prepare shipping paperwork, labels, packing lists, and documents.
• Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped correctly and on time.
• Use customer portals to process shipments and complete required data.
• Follow account-specific shipping, labeling, and routing requirements.
• Assist with major accounts like Amazon Vendor Central, Ulta, Sam’s Club, Target.
• Track shipments and help resolve shipping or delivery issues.
• Maintain accurate order and shipping records; assist with inventory questions.
• Provide backup for other retail accounts and assist with general warehouse duties.
