Job summary

DHC USA is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager in Mechanicsburg, PA to lead all warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, storage, inventory control, and order fulfillment for consumer, ecommerce, marketplace, and international orders.

You will optimize workflows, implement SOPs, manage budget and staffing, ensure safety, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet service levels and drive scalable growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience in a warehouse environment.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold staff accountable.
• Strong knowledge of receiving, put-away, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems and related technologies.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead all warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, storage, and fulfillment.
• Ensure accurate processing of consumer, ecommerce, and international orders.
• Monitor daily activities and proactively resolve operational issues.
• Develop SOPs and drive continuous process improvements.
• Oversee cost management and resource planning.
• Provide strong leadership to staff and ensure safety and compliance.
