Based primarily in Aspen, you will lead and support US gallery teams, build collector and community relationships, and foster strategic partnerships with luxury stakeholders. You will ensure strong communication between leadership and galleries, maintain accountability, and execute the parent company's collector outreach practices

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in luxury art or gallery settings.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and revenue growth across U.S. galleries.
• Lead and develop US gallery teams with regular travel.
• Build relationships with Collectors, advisors, designers, and partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing and leadership to execute initiatives.
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and team development.
