Responsibilities

• Work with Product & Sales and other functions to maintain and develop the product offering.
• Define and implement business requirements and market problems, ensuring compliance.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and issues with leads.
• Own the regional Instant Payments product strategy and roadmap for the US.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to optimization.
• Define client value proposition, pricing strategy, and commercialization.
• Monitor regulatory developments and market trends to ensure readiness.
• Partner with technology, operations, compliance, and regional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Represent the product in client engagements and industry forums.
• Track product performance and refine roadmap to maximize value.
