Job summary

Meitu Inc. is seeking a US-focused Product Operations professional to drive local product initiatives for the US market across portfolio products such as Meitu, BeautyCam, BeautyPlus, Wink, and AirBrush.

You will connect US users with product teams, translating market trends and user needs into actionable initiatives that enhance local relevance and user experience. The role emphasizes translating insights into features and educational content, improving adoption, retention, and paid conversion,

Qualifications

Experience in consumer product operations or localization for the US market.
Ability to translate market insights into actionable initiatives.
Strong content judgment and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Research photo and video creation needs, aesthetic trends, use cases, and competitors in the US market to identify product and growth opportunities.
Translate user and market insights into recommendations for features, content, creative assets, and operational initiatives, partnering with Product, Design, and other teams to bring them to life.
Develop localized use cases, feature education, and in‑app programs to improve adoption and paid conversion.
Collaborate with Social Media, Creator Partnerships, Paid Acquisition, and App Store teams to connect external messaging with the in‑app experience.
Combine behavioral data, user interviews, app store reviews, and customer support feedback to identify gaps and drive improvements.
Regularly evaluate US market initiatives, validate localization strategies, and document scalable approaches.
