You’ll work with consumer-facing imaging tools, AI-powered productivity products, and create GTM strategies that turn insights into sustainable growth. You’ll balance user value, monetization, and scalable execution in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of growth, marketing, product operations, GTM, or business operations in consumer tech.
• Strong North America market expertise with experience building or scaling products in the region.
• Strong product instinct linking user behavior to business results.
• AI-native mindset with the ability to operate across ambiguity and build from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Own Growth & Revenue in North America with end-to-end responsibility for growth, engagement, retention, and revenue.
• Build the growth strategy and GTM plans across channels including social, search, app stores, partnerships, and performance marketing.
• Lead conversion optimization, onboarding, subscription conversion, and repeat usage.
• Build and lead a local NA team; establish metrics and operating rhythm; collaborate with global HQ.
