Job summary

Nordic Knots is seeking a US PRO & B2B Coordinator to own B2B/Wholesale service processes in the US and support PRO growth. The role focuses on managing workflows between Sales, CX and Operations for Dropship & Wholesale partners, plus inbound trade inquiries.

The ideal candidate has experience in Wholesale or Trade Sales, is highly organized, customer-focused and eager to grow in a sales environment within a design-driven brand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Wholesale, Sales Support or Trade Sales.
• Experience in design-driven sectors like furniture, homeware, lifestyle or fashion wholesale is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing relationships with Wholesale & Dropship accounts and grow partnerships.
• Conduct monthly check-ins with key accounts to review performance and needs.
• Provide inventory reports to partners to support order flow and stock planning.
• Coordinate product launches, marketing initiatives and promos with partners.
• Support onboarding of new trade sign-ups and client resources.
