The role oversees US DMC operations, ensuring safe, high-quality travel experiences and strong results while collaborating with global leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive senior leadership experience.
• Experience leading a business unit or country operation with accountability for overall performance.
• Strong financial and commercial management experience, including revenue, profitability, budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong stakeholder management and external relationship-building skills.
• Experience in purpose-led or values-driven organizations is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the US business end-to-end, delivering commercial, financial, operational and impact objectives.
• Build and develop high-performing leaders across sales, marketing, partnerships, operations, finance and HR.
• Drive revenue and sustainable growth through marketing, partnerships, and distribution.
• Oversee safe, high-quality trip delivery and strong operational performance in US operations.
• Represent Intrepid externally and build strategic partnerships within the US travel ecosystem.
