Intrepid Travel is seeking a Head of Impact, Americas to lead The Intrepid Foundation growth and embed responsible business practices regionally. The role involves building partnerships, fundraising and aligning impact across experiences and operations.

The position is hybrid, based in one of our offices in Seattle, Denver or Toronto, with a starting salary of USD 85,000 and a broader regional range depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in building and managing fundraising initiatives.
• Proven ability to cultivate stakeholder relationships in a nonprofit/PHI environment.
• Understanding of environmental and social impacts in a business context.

Responsibilities

• Grow The Intrepid Foundation in the Americas through partnerships and fundraising.
• Build a pipeline of values-aligned partners and funders.
• Develop compelling funding proposals for the global team.
