Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience across HR, operations, payroll, and finance.
• Strong HR experience including employee relations and U.S. employment compliance.
• Experience with payroll systems (e.g., ADP) and cross-border immigration support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations for U.S. employees and compliance.
• Manage accounting, finance, and payroll processes; coordinate with providers.
• Lead U.S. immigration and cross-border employment support.
• Support store operations across multiple locations and new openings.
• Ensure licenses, permits, and regulatory filings are up to date.
