• Manage inventory, stock levels, and order supplies to keep the store running efficiently.
• Assist with recruitment, including posting jobs, reviewing applications, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Maintain accurate employee records and track attendance.
• Provide HR support by addressing employee inquiries and concerns.
• Assist with organizing store events and promotions, ensuring proper staffing.
• Communicate with the store manager to ensure alignment of HR and operational policies.
• Handle internal and external HR-related inquiries and requests.
