Qualifications

• 3-5 years of payroll or closely related experience.
• Experience supporting U.S. payroll processing, audits, reconciliations, and compliance activities.
• Working knowledge of payroll processing principles and eagerness to grow in U.S. payroll operations.
• Experience with payroll processing, audits, reconciliations, payroll tax activities, or related payroll operations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to review payroll data and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Process and support U.S. payroll activities per procedures, controls, timelines and compliance.
• Review and validate payroll inputs, outputs, and data to identify discrepancies.
• Research and resolve routine payroll issues, adjustments, off-cycle payments, and inquiries.
• Perform payroll audits, reconciliations, document findings and resolutions.
• Apply payroll policies and regulatory requirements to daily activities; escalate complex matters.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HRIS, Benefits, Finance, and external vendors to resolve issues.
