Qualifications

• 3-5 years of payroll or closely related experience.
• Experience supporting U.S. payroll processing and related audits, reconciliations, employee inquiries, and compliance activities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery.

Responsibilities

• Process and support U.S. payroll activities in accordance with procedures, controls, timelines, and compliance.
• Review and validate payroll inputs, system outputs, reports, and exception data to identify discrepancies.
• Research and resolve routine payroll issues, adjustments, and employee inquiries, escalating complex matters as needed.
• Perform assigned payroll audits and reconciliations; investigate discrepancies and document findings.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HRIS, Benefits, Finance, and external vendors to research issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Create and maintain payroll documentation, SOPs, guides, and audit support.
