The role offers exposure to complex payroll environments, with a focus on ensuring compliance and reducing operational risk in a hybrid working setup requiring three days on-site.

Qualifications

• Understanding of US end-to-end payroll processes including tax withholdings and benefits.
• Knowledge of US payroll regulations and year-end processes.
• Strong analytical capability using Excel and data tools to resolve issues.
• Ability to resolve employee and stakeholder queries with clarity.
• Collaborative mindset to improve payroll processes and reduce risk.
• Strong communication and independent work in a global team.
