Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency with general accounting concepts required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll, compensation accounting, or related field.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Administer and process global payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with global payroll providers to support accurate payroll processing.
• Maintain payroll records, including salary changes, taxes, deductions, and benefits.
• Prepare compensation-related journal entries and assist with reconciliations.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and ensure regulatory compliance.
