Macquarie Group in Houston is seeking a payroll professional to deliver accurate and compliant payroll outcomes for a global remit. You will work with Operations, People and Culture, Finance, and risk teams to resolve queries and drive process improvements.
The role offers exposure to complex payroll environments, with a focus on ensuring compliance and reducing operational risk in a hybrid working setup requiring three days on-site.

Your work underpins trust, compliance and continuous improvement, while giving you exposure to complex payroll environments and meaningful stakeholder relationships.

You play a key role in delivering accurate and compliant payroll outcomes by working closely with Operations, People and Culture, Finance, risk teams, the wider business and external payroll vendors. Reporting to a Payroll Manager, you apply your analytical and interpersonal skills to resolve employee and stakeholder queries, investigate issues and turn insights into process improvements that reduce operational risk. Your attention to detail supports high-quality payroll processing and adherence to relevant legislation, while your curiosity and problem-solving mindset help enhance payroll systems and procedures in a global, team-based environment.
While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require three days a week in our advertised location.
