Job summary

Form3 is seeking a Product Owner/Business Analyst to lead the US Payments product line. You will collaborate with Product Owners, Managers, and Engineering across FedNow, RTP, Fedwire, Zelle, and ACH to drive end-to-end delivery and define clear requirements for scalable solutions.

You will become the SME for Form3’s US payments suite, shaping product decisions, analysing impact of changes, and communicating effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Over 3 years experience in a Product Owner/Business Analyst role.
• Experience with US payment gateway products (FedNow, RTP, ACH, Fedwire, Zelle).
• Proven ability to write user stories and acceptance criteria, and to define features and non-functional specs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across FedNow, RTP, Fedwire, Zelle and ACH product lines to support end-to-end delivery of payments solutions.
• Partner with business to build future products and gateways.
• Translate product vision into actionable requirements with cross-functional Engineering teams.
• Become SME for Form3’s US payments product suite and guide internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyse impact of product changes and document requirements for continuous improvement.
• Own tasks like writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and data analysis.
• Develop understanding of the US product line and platform architecture to inform prioritisation.
