Inco Network is seeking a motivated Fundraising and Partnerships Officer to expand our global funding base, with a strong focus on US-based donors (corporate philanthropy and foundations). Reporting to the Global Head of Partnerships, you will identify opportunities, craft persuasive proposals, and help build sustainable donor relationships.

Responsibilities include market research, donor outreach, budget development for project proposals, and ongoing partnership management to support INCO's

Qualificações

• Experience in fundraising or sales roles at an international company.
• Proven track record of securing funding for projects.
• Existing relationships with US-based donors are a strong asset.
• Strong writing and editing skills for compelling proposals.
• Ability to communicate with partners/donors from diverse backgrounds.
• Client-first mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Market Research: identify programmatic opportunities and support funding requests with data.
• Lead Identification: map potential donors and develop a database of prospects.
• Proposal Redaction: craft compelling funding proposals aligned with donor priorities.
• Budget Development: work with program teams to develop budgets for proposals.
• Partnership Management: respond to inquiries and nurture donor relationships.
